Term 4

In Term 4 our topic is "Bugs, Spiders and Butterflies," we are learning more about small creatures in our world.
Our values focus this term is Pride. We will show pride in our work, our learning and progress, and we will do our best.
This term Matua Mark will be working alongside Mrs Caudwell in C6.
Swimming has started. We will swim five days a week in weeks 5, 7, and 9. The children all need to bring tags and a towel in a plastic bag, even if it is wet. It may be fine by the time we swim just after 12N.

Playground Developments

Following a big working bee on the first day of the holidays, the workers are well on the way to completing our playground.  The bark has gone, and we have a new soft-fall surface under the playground equipment. The rest of our playground is colourful and neat, and is being covered with astroturf.  Our school looks awesome!
